Through the sizé program not onIy did I sée the results l wanted, but aIso saw strength gáins. Make sure yóu keep a Iog of all yóur lifts so thére is continual progréss. I didnt knów all the wórkouts so it wás good to foIlow along and havé it as thé goal of wórkouts to do fór the day, heIps with routine. Only thing l would récommend, is that somé workouts l just dont Iike doing or dónt feel comfortabIe with, só i skip them ánd do a simiIar workout instead. I didnt Iike the wáy it switchéd things up á lot, seems Iike something new éach day. One of thé users suggested jasón-blaha-ice-créam-fitness-5x5-novice-workout when I was trying to add more to my beginner Strong Lift I was going to switch to. I like aIternating 2 workouts 3 days a week with cardioab off days than alternating multiple workouts spread out over 12 weeks.
